For each Contest, there is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of Cdn. $250 and two (2) prizes available to be won consisting of Cdn. $100 each (the "Prize"). All prizing is subject to availability and some restrictions apply. If the Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of HESA, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. The Prize or its substitute must be accepted as awarded, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

For each Contest, a potential winner (the "Winner") will be randomly selected by a representative of HESA on the 15th of each month at 6:00 p.m. EST, or the next business day, from all valid entries received on or before the respective Contest Closing Date. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
